REQUIRED SKILLS

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline.
- Overall 12+ years of experience of which at least 5+ years working in AI, data science, data governance, technology consulting, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of key Responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, accountability, privacy, security,



and robustness.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act and other emerging AI regulations).
- Experience in conducting ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for AI systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications or training in Responsible AI or related areas.
- Experience with specific Responsible AI tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with different AI development lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience working with clients across various industries.
- Knowledge of bias detection and mitigation techniques.
- Understanding of explainable AI (XAI) methods.
