Are you passionate about travel, customer service, and international reservations?

Dream Holidays is looking for a Reservation Executive to join our Africa operations.

What You’ll Do

- Handle flight, hotel & holiday reservations
- Assist customers with travel enquiries and booking requests
- Manage ticketing, amendments, cancellations & refunds
- Provide competitive fares and suitable travel options
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers & internal teams
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking process

What We’re Looking For

- Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory
- Good knowledge of international travel and airline reservations
- GDS knowledge such as Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport is an advantage
- Customer-focused with valuable attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced travel environment
