Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- General Research

- Conduct secondary research across assigned topics, including market trends, competitor benchmarking, industry reports, academic sources, and online databases.

- Structure findings into explicit, well-organized reports, comparison sheets, and presentation-ready summaries.

- Support data collection and basic analysis to inform internal decision-making.

- Fact-check and validate information from multiple sources before compiling findings.

- Handle quick-turnaround research requests as priorities shift.

- Career & Industry Insights

- Map the range of job roles typically available to BBA graduates across functions such as marketing, finance, operations, analytics, consulting, and HR.

- Research the specific hard and soft skills employers seek for entry-level roles, using job descriptions, hiring trends, and industry reports.

- Track hiring patterns, including sectors actively hiring BBA freshers, seasonal recruitment cycles, campus versus lateral hiring, and typical starting compensation bands.

- Investigate roles specifically suited to AI-focused BBA graduates, such as business analyst, AI product operations, data-driven marketing, and automation/process roles,



and assess how these differ from traditional BBA career outcomes.

- Study how other AI-native and tech-forward business programs position their graduates for employment.

- Collaboration

- Work closely with the Marketing, Admissions, and Founder's Office teams to understand research briefs and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines.
