We are looking for a Research Outreach Executive with strong communication, research, outreach, writing, and coordination skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with conference organizers, journals, academic institutions, research communities, editors, authors, and other relevant professional stakeholders to explore collaboration and research-related opportunities.

The role will also involve supporting research activities, publication coordination, manuscript submissions, content development, news coverage, and stakeholder relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct professional outreach to conference organizers, journals, academic institutions, research communities, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identify potential collaboration opportunities and initiate professional conversations.
- Research and evaluate relevant conferences, journals, publications, authors, research topics, and industry opportunities.
- Identify opportunities related to publications, peer reviews, keynote speaking, session chair roles, conferences, and research collaborations.
- Shortlist suitable journals and conferences based on scope, deadlines, eligibility criteria, submission guidelines, and paper requirements.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with organizers, editors, authors, researchers, institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver professional pitches and communication for potential collaboration opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and stakeholders to progress opportunities and convert them into collaborations.
- Coordinate with clients, authors, organizers, editors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.




- Coordinate manuscript submissions, revisions, acceptance, publication, and DOI-related updates.
- Research and assist in preparing articles, research blogs, news coverage, industry content, and other research-based content.
- Conduct background research and gather relevant information from credible online sources.
- Support proofreading, editing, fact-checking, content development, and quality checks.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, follow-ups, research findings, submissions, and opportunity status.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of submissions and deliverables.
- Ensure timely communication, accurate documentation, and completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills

- 13 years of experience in research outreach, business development, academic publishing, journalism, content research, research coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong outreach, pitching, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in communicating with conference organizers, institutions, editors, researchers, authors, and other professional stakeholders.
- Strong online research, data mining, information-searching, and analytical skills.
- Good writing,



proofreading, editing, fact-checking, and content-development abilities.
- Basic understanding of research papers, academic journals, conferences, manuscript submission, and publication processes.
- Ability to research and develop accurate, well-structured articles, news content, research blogs, and industry-related content.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and online research tools.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent coordination, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outreach, research, coordination, and follow-up activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for a research-oriented, commercially aware, and confident professional who can independently identify relevant opportunities, initiate conversations, communicate with professional stakeholders, and drive follow-ups.

Candidates with an educational or professional background in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Research, Publishing, or Content Writing will be preferred, as the role involves extensive research, professional outreach, writing, fact-checking, news coverage, and content development.

Candidates with prior experience in journalism, digital media, editorial research, academic publishing, business development, or professional outreach will be considered an advantage.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong research ability, professional communication, writing skills, attention to detail, relationship management, and ownership of assigned activities.
