About the Role As an Associate on the Client Services team, you will act as a core research and delivery partner for top-tier consulting firms and private equity funds. You will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and connecting industry experts with business leaders to support strategic due diligence and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Expert Sourcing: Identify, engage, and onboard high-profile and regional domain experts using primary research, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Client Engagement: Understand client research needs (Private Equity & Strategy Consulting) and map out relevant expert profiles for fast-turnaround consultations.
- Negotiation & Scheduling: Pitch consulting opportunities to experts, negotiate rates, and schedule calls on tight timelines within industry-standard compliance guidelines.
- Account Growth:



Drive long-term client value and account performance by maintaining high delivery quality and a continuous understanding of ongoing research projects.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Any discipline).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with strong analytical ability are welcome).
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication, strong critical thinking, primary research capability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
