Role: Senior Project Manager/Business-Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end ELN implementation (planning, execution, compliance).

· Gather and document business requirements; create user stories and specs.

· Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

· Ensure GxP, GLP, cGMP, GAMP-5, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

· Oversee validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), UAT, and data migration.

Skills & Experience:

· 8+ years in life sciences/pharma IT projects.

· Hands-on with ELN/LIMS ( Freezerworks preferred).

· Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and Agile practices.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Education

Bachelor's in Biotech/Bioinformatics/Life Sciences/IT; PMP or Agile certification preferred.

Role: Functional Architect

Key Responsibilities

· Act as technical liaison between client and technical teams during ELN implementation.

· Participate in technical discovery workshops; review and validate technical requirements.





· Map client requirements to product capabilities; propose standard solutions to minimize risk.

· Support configuration, customization, and integration of Freezerworks ELN.

· Maintain technical documentation; assist in SIT/UAT and defect triage.

· Facilitate Jira work item creation, estimations, and review of engineering solutions.

· Oversee deployment activities, installation testing, and troubleshoot issues.

Skills & Experience:

· Solid understanding of ELN/LIMS platforms ( Freezerworks preferred).

· Experience in technical implementation, product configuration, and lab informatics.

· Familiarity with regulatory standards (GxP, CSV, 21 CFR Part 11).

· Hands-on with Jira, Agile practices, and client-facing technical roles.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Education

Bachelor's in Biotech/Bioinformatics/Life Sciences/IT;
