- Work with customers via phone, mail, and in-person meetings.

- Handle client enquiries and concerns, and assess priority issues.

- Develop an in-depth understanding of the software and its features and recommend steps to optimize it

- Incorporating user input to suggest new modules and features to serve the client better

- Help the organisation find alternative usages and applications of the existing software and newer versions with major tweaks and find alternative market segments outside the current market
- A responsible job requires the person to take the initiative and understand the software explain it to users and also train them

- Involving backend staff from our team to complete the school/client data upload in strict timelines
