Job Title: Reporting Operations Associate

Location: Chandigarh India

: The Reporting Operations Associate provides execution support for renewable energy credit (REC) reporting workflows. This role focuses on tracker and queue discipline, routine data-quality and documentation work, and consistent follow-through on approved procedures across Salesforce case management, market-team reporting support, and GATS tracker completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and triage routine Salesforce cases related to reporting operations, reviewing customer records, case history, and attachments to determine appropriate next steps.
- Respond to routine customer requests using approved templates, request missing information, and confirm status updates.
- Update Salesforce records, case notes, statuses, and follow-up fields so outcomes are clearly documented.
- Respond to routine market-team reporting questions using documented tracker data and approved procedures, including reporting completion status, pending items, and next steps.
- Help market teams locate existing tracker information, Salesforce records, and standard process references.
- Complete GATS tracker updates for manual reporting, auto-reporting, held generation, online monitoring, and meter changes according to approved instructions.
- Document recurring questions or process gaps and raise them for clarification.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready trackers, notes, and handoff documentation across all workflows.
- Escalate exceptions,



unclear requirements, or customer-impacting issues promptly to the appropriate owner.

Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in operations, reporting, compliance, customer service, data quality, or a related function.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures accurately across recurring workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open items, deadlines, trackers, queues, and follow-up steps.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including requesting missing information and summarizing routine status updates professionally.
- Comfort working across multiple systems, spreadsheets, portals, shared documents, and case-management tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred.
- Ability to recognize when a task falls outside documented guidance and escalate appropriately rather than making unsupported decisions.
- Dependable, process-oriented, and comfortable executing high-volume work while maintaining accuracy and documentation discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in renewable energy, solar, REC reporting, utility programs, environmental commodities, or regulated operations.
- Experience with registry, state portal, vendor portal, or compliance-based submission workflows.
- Experience maintaining operational trackers, shared queue documentation, or quality control checklists.
- Ability to learn market-specific procedures while operating within defined process boundaries and escalation paths.
