Role Overview

Healthy Jeena Sikho is looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Renewals & Collections Executive to manage customer renewal follow-ups, payment collections, and pending or stuck cases. The role involves regular customer communication, timely follow-ups, resolving concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure renewals and collections are completed successfully.

Key Responsibilities

- Call existing customers for renewal follow-ups and inform them about upcoming or pending renewals.
- Follow up with customers for pending and outstanding payments.
- Explain renewal details, payment requirements, and related information to customers clearly.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance to move cases towards closure.
- Identify and regularly follow up on stuck, pending, or unresolved cases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues affecting renewals or collections.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the renewal or payment is successfully completed.
- Update customer information, follow-up status, payment status, and case remarks accurately.
- Maintain records of renewals, collections, pending payments, and stuck cases.
- Track daily follow-ups and ensure assigned cases are addressed within the required timelines.
- Escalate unresolved or high-priority cases to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain professional and customer-friendly communication during all interactions.
- Support the team in achieving renewal and collection targets.

- Ability to handle customer objections and work towards resolution.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable making regular outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining records.
- Ability to manage multiple customer cases and follow-ups efficiently.
- Target-oriented and consistent in completing assigned tasks.

Good to Have
- Previous experience in renewals, collections, telecalling, customer support, or similar roles.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or a customer-service setting.
- Familiarity with CRM or customer management systems.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in customer handling, telecalling, renewals, or collections will be preferred.
