Part-Time Engineering Recruiter/Sourcer (US Staffing)REMOTE

Lotus TG LLC supports US engineering and product development programs with specialist technical talent. We work directly with our clients, not through layers of intermediaries. We are looking for a part-time Recruiters/Sourcers to find and qualify engineers for live US requirements.

This is not a full night shift. Read on before you apply — the work is genuinely different from most US staffing positions advertised from India.

What makes this different

Engineering, not IT. You will source for Enginerring requirements such as CAD designers, PLM specialists, embedded engineers and plant and process engineers, not Java developers. Requirements come directly from a well respected Engineering Services company

Research, not racing. Many candidates may not be sitting on job boards waiting to be found. You will build target lists from OEMs, tier suppliers and engineering services firms, then work outward. Success comes from patient name generation, not from being first to reach a profile everyone else has already seen.

No full night shift. Your research and list building happen whenever suits you. Only candidate conversations need US overlap, roughly 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST, on days we agree together. If you can not reach out quality candidates, our team can help. Dont worry your incentive will be protected.

You find, engage and qualify. If you dont have time to do Submission packs, right-to-represent and client coordination etc, do not worry it would stay with us. You are not expected to run a full 360 desk

What you will do

- Build and maintain target company lists for each requirement
- Identify and approach engineers through approved sourcing channels
- Confirm work authorisation category, location acceptance and availability before any technical screening
- Qualify candidates against prepared, requirement-specific screening questions we supply
- Record tool, version and module experience accurately,



and distinguish hands-on work from support and oversight
- Obtain updated resumes and present complete qualification packages for internal quality review
- Maintain accurate candidate ownership records

What we are looking for

Essential

- Sourcing experience in engineering, manufacturing, ER&D; or a comparable technical field
- Strong research and name-generation ability, including LinkedIn and open web sourcing
- Working understanding of US work authorization categories and C2C and W2 engagement
- Accuracy under a documented process — you will be measured on first-pass quality, not volume
- Clear written and spoken English, and comfort working independently

Practical

- An engineering background, or a move into recruiting from an engineering discipline
- Experience with an applicant tracking system or structured candidate records

We are more interested in someone who can tell a genuine candidate from a keyword match than in the number of years on a resume.

Working arrangement

- Independent contractor engagement, remote from India
- Requirements are assigned to you individually
- ₹15,000 per month fixed, payable against recorded activity on assigned requirements
- Stacked Performance payments of qualified candidate payable on various stages
- ₹20,000 on a candidate commencing work
- Typical total in an active month: ₹25,000 – ₹31,000,Including fixed payment before making any placements.

How we hire

Interviews tell us very little about sourcing ability. Shortlisted applicants complete a short paid sourcing exercise against a real requirement, within a fixed window.
