- Checking of NEFT and RTGS transactions and post maker entries in CBS after reconciliation.
- Verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, and internal stakeholders
- Work within defined KRA/TAT/SOP.
- Processing of RTGS/NEFT outward and Inward transactions within specified Turn Around Time (TAT) & Reconciliation of Internal Settlement account and Bank account
- Follow up with bank branches or other banks wrong RTGS/NEFT transaction.
- Handling queries received from Customer Grievances Cell related RTGS/NEFT
- Preparing Various MIS required
- Ready to work in shifts i.e. (24 x 7 x 365) workplace.
