nWe're looking for a high-performing residential real estate professional with solid HNI relationships, market knowledge, and a proven track record of business generation.
nWhat you'll drive:

- Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clientsn
- Drive premium residential sales & leasingn
- Source mandates and lead high-value transactionsn
- Build and leverage developer & channel partner networksn
- Guide and enable teams to drive pipeline, conversions & revenuen
- Drive business development and market expansionn
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless executionn
- Represent the organization in key client and industry interactionsn

nWhat we're looking for:

- 5–10 years in premium residential real estate / luxury sales / advisoryn
- Strong HNI/UHNI client networkn
- Proven revenue and closure track recordn
- Strong developer/channel partner relationshipsn
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring & stakeholder managementn
- High ownership, commercial acumen, and excellent negotiation skillsn
