POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for an IBM Maximo Developer to strengthen our enterprise asset management (EAM) capability. This is a hands-on technical role: you will configure, customize, and extend IBM Maximo — Application Designer, automation scripts, workflows, BIRT reports, and integrations — to support real-world asset management, maintenance,



and work order processes for our clients. We are open to a broad range of experience, from strong mid-level developers to senior technical leads. Rather than gate candidates on a single seniority label, our screening is built to surface how deep your hands-on Maximo experience actually goes — how many integrations you've shipped, how many reports you've built from scratch, how many modules you've configured, and whether you've led architecture or migration decisions. This lets us match the right person to the right depth of work, whichever band that turns out to be. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Development & Configuration Customize Maximo screens, fields, tabs, and relationships using Application Designer and Database Configuration to match client asset and work-order data models. Write automation scripts (Jython, Python, or JavaScript) to implement validations, auto-populate logic, notifications, and business rules. Design a
