n Role summar
nyOwn the overall solution design and technical direction of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center implementation. You will define the target architecture, integration approach, environment and security design, and establish the build as a reusable, scalable foundation for subsequent phases. This is a design-ownership role, not a build role — you will set the standards the delivery team works to and be accountable for the architecture holding up under scale

- sDefine and own end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Contact Center, including channel, routing, and agent-experience design
- nDesign the integration architecture between D365 and surrounding enterprise systems; define API contracts and messaging patternn
- sDefine workplace strategy, Dataverse security model, DLP policies, and ALM/deployment approacn
- hTranslate business and functional requirements into technical design artefacts (HLD/LLD, integration specs, security modeln
