ServiceNow Technical Architect - FSM, CSM, SPM, S2P

nKey Responsibilities:
n

n- Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client-specific business objectives.
n

n- Lead the implementation of ITSM, FSM, and CSM modules, overseeing the technical lifecycle from initial discovery to final deployment and post-go-live support.
n

n- Provide expert guidance on platform configuration, customization, and integration strategies to ensure optimal system performance and maintainability.
n

n- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into technical requirements, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets functional and non-functional needs.
n

n- Mentor development teams by conducting code reviews, establishing development standards, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
n





n- Manage technical risks and provide mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
n

nRequired Skillset:
n

n- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and deploying ServiceNow ITSM, FSM, and CSM solutions within complex enterprise environments.
n

n- Proven ability to lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders, effectively communicating architectural decisions and project roadmaps.
n

n- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including advanced scripting, integration with third-party systems, and data modeling.
n

n- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering robust solutions for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
n

n- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid work setting across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, and Pune.
n

n- A minimum of 8 to 15 years of professional experience
