Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)

- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions aligned with business objectives and data governance standards.
- Develop and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, business analysts, and IT stakeholders to integrate Reltio with other enterprise systems.
- Provide expert guidance on all Reltio components such as Reltio Cloud, Reltio Data Hub, Reltio APIs, and data modeling.
- Drive master data strategy, including entity resolution, hierarchy management, and data stewardship processes.
- Monitor and improve data quality metrics, troubleshoot data issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor and lead technical teams on Reltio platform capabilities and MDM best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to data management and telecommunications

Mandatory skills*( must have)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Master Data Management programs with a focus on Reltio platform.




- Deep expertise in all Reltio components including Reltio Cloud, Data Hub, APIs, and integration techniques.
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and data stewardship.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale MDM solutions.
- Excellent understanding of data modeling, entity resolution, and hierarchy management within Reltio.
- Experience working in or with the telecommunications industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with Reltio.
