Position: Relationship Manager

Location:Banglore

Role description:

- Handle company-provided leads and ganerate on your own.
- Schedule and conduct client visits
- Recommend and sell health insurance products
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain follow-ups, reports, and CRM updates
- Coordinate with backend teams for policy processing

Work Structure & Advantages:

- Field visits
- Day shift with weekly offs
- 30%-40% leads provided by the company + training support provided
- Average monthly incentives up to 50K - 1Lac(performance-based)
- 150 -250 travel allowance per client visit.
