Experience: 2-7 Years

Salary: 35,000 40,000 per month + Incentives based upon your performance

Education: Graduate

Work Mode: Monday to Friday : Work From Office, Saturday : Work from Home

About the Role:

We are looking for a Relationship Manager who is confident in client communication, sales, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have experience in Telesales or Zoom-based sales and be comfortable managing the complete sales cycle from lead engagement and follow-ups to conversion and client relationship management.

The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets while ensuring a positive and professional client experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle Telesales or Zoom Sales activities with prospective clients.
- Connect with leads, understand their requirements,



and effectively communicate the value of our products/services.
- Manage leads and ensure timely and consistent follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally to facilitate conversions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing and recent accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2-7 years of experience in Telesales, Zoom Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
