- Handle customer leads for packing and moving services.
- Understand customers relocation requirements, preferred dates, and locations.
- Explain service packages, pricing, inclusions, and moving process.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to generate and convert bookings.
- Coordinate with customers and moving partners for smooth relocation.
- Schedule packing, loading, transportation, and unloading services.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Follow up with customers before, during, and after the move.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Track bookings, payments, and service status in the CRM.
- Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned booking, conversion, and revenue targets.
