Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of wealth management clients. Day-to-day activities include engaging with existing and prospective clients, understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable investment and wealth solutions. The role involves regular portfolio reviews, responding to client queries, and ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction.

The Relationship

Manager will collaborate with internal product and advisory teams, prepare client proposals,



and support business development initiatives. The position requires consistent compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies while maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management concepts.
- Ability to analyze client portfolios, assess risk profiles, and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms for client servicing and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, CFP) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in wealth management, banking, or financial services in a client-facing role.
