Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join Kaveesha Investment Services Pvt. Ltd., an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN 110828).

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with investors, understanding their financial goals, assisting with mutual fund investment processes, generating new client relationships and providing ongoing investor service.

The role involves client acquisition, investor communication, mutual fund product understanding, follow-up, SIP/lumpsum business development and coordination for investment-related documentation and servicing.

Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in financial services are welcome. Training and guidance will be provided to suitable candidates.

Candidates involved in mutual fund sales/distribution must possess the required NISM certification and AMFI/EUIN registration as applicable. Candidates who have not yet obtained NISM Series V-A may be considered for a trainee role and will be required to complete the certification before undertaking regulated mutual fund sales/distribution activities.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Generate new investor leads through references, networking,



calling and other business-development activities.
- Understand investor requirements and explain relevant mutual fund investment options in accordance with applicable regulations and company processes.
- Assist investors with SIP, lump-sum investments, additional investments and other mutual fund transactions.
- Follow up with prospective investors and convert suitable leads into business.
- Maintain regular communication and build long term professional relationships with investors and provide timely service support.
- Coordinate KYC, application forms, documentation and transaction-related requirements.
- Keep yourself updated about mutual fund products, market developments and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Follow AMFI/SEBI guidelines and the company's compliance and code-of-conduct requirements at all times.
