PlusPeople is hiring Relationship Managers (RM) and Relationship Officers (RO) for sales and business development roles in the Banking, NBFC, and Housing Finance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and business through direct sourcing, DSA, DST, connectors, and open-market activities.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets.
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings.
- Assist with documentation and application processing.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate for timely disbursement.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; Bachelor’s Degree mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Housing Finance experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales and relationship management abilities.
- Willingness to work in field sales.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
