Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking within the BFSI industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies for cross-selling insurance products to existing clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Job Requirements :
- 1-12 years of experience in sales, broking, or related fields such as agency management or business development.
- Strong understanding of finance, NBFC, insurance, B2C markets, upselling/cross-selling techniques.
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition and retention in a fast-paced workplace.
