Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with hospital, medical institute, and hotel clients. This role includes serving as the primary point of contact, understanding client requirements, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring delivery commitments are met.

The Relationship

Manager will monitor service quality, handle inquiries and escalations, and maintain regular communication through meetings, calls, and reports. They will collaborate with operations and logistics teams to address client feedback, support process improvements, and identify opportunities to expand services.



The role also involves preparing basic documentation, maintaining client records, and supporting business development initiatives within assigned accounts.

Qualifications

- Client relationship and account management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with hospital and hotel stakeholders at different levels.
- Basic coordination and organizational skills to manage schedules, follow up on deliveries, and track service performance.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach to manage complaints, resolve issues, and improve client satisfaction.
- Comfort working in office in an industrial or service environment, with attention to hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal operations, logistics, and management teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) for documentation and reporting.
- Prior experience in client servicing, hospitality, healthcare support services, or B2B service industries is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed to support critical client operations.
