- Generate leads for Home Loan and LAP through open-market and field sales.
- Source customers through DSAs, builders, connectors, property dealers and references.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain suitable loan products, eligibility, pricing and documentation.
- Collect and verify customer documents and submit loan applications.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams for smooth processing.
- Follow up on login, sanction and loan disbursement.
- Maintain solid relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and disbursement targets.
