Role Description The Registered Nurse Resident is a full-time, on-site role based at The Peepal Grove School. The nurse will provide day-to-day health care for students and staff, including assessment, basic treatment, and monitoring of acute and chronic conditions.

Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating referrals to external healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also involves health education, supporting wellness initiatives, and collaborating with school staff to promote a safe and healthy campus environment.



The nurse resident will participate in emergency response, support pediatric and adolescent care needs, and be available for on-campus health-related concerns.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational Nursing skills, including clinical assessment, basic interventions, and adherence to professional standards of care.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and staff, including clear documentation and patient education.
- Knowledge of Critical Care Medicine principles relevant to emergency response and stabilization in a school setting.
- Demonstrated Patient Care abilities, with a focus on safety, empathy, and confidentiality.
- Experience or training in Pediatrics, particularly adolescent and school health care.
- B.Sc in Nursing is mandatory.
- Basic proficiency with electronic health records or medical documentation systems and familiarity with first aid and CPR.
