We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of clinical experience and hold a valid BSc Nursing or GNM qualification. The position requires immediate joining, so we are looking for candidates who can start right away.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in various settings, ensuring comfort, safety, and wellbeing.
- Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions, recording vital signs, and providing reports to the medical team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments, ensuring proper equipment handling and sterilization.
- Educate patients and their families on post-care and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families,
and healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: BSc Nursing or GNM degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital experience is preferred).
- Registration: Valid Nurse Registration (RNC) from the respective State Nursing Council.
- Skills: Strong clinical skills, patient care, communication, and teamwork.
- Availability: Immediate joining.
