Role & responsibilities

Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients following established protocols and procedures.

- Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care needs.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress, ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Support medical teams during emergency situations, providing immediate and effective emergency care when necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and other nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized nursing environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards in all nursing practices.
