Role Description This is a full-time, in office Registered Nurse role based at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals in Faridabad.

The Registered

Nurse will provide direct patient care to women, newborns, and pediatric patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures under the guidance of physicians and senior clinicians.

Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining patient records, supporting labor and delivery, postnatal, and neonatal care, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols,



and maintaining infection control and safety standards. The role also involves educating patients and families on treatment plans, post-discharge care, and preventive health, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

- Valid Nursing qualification (GNM or ANM) from a recognized institution and current registration with the relevant nursing council.
- Clinical experience in maternity, obstetrics, gynecology, neonatal, or pediatric care settings is highly preferred.
- Strong patient assessment, care planning, and clinical decision-making capabilities in inpatient and emergency scenarios.
- Ability to follow hospital protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold infection control and patient safety standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary medical teams.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by hospital operations.
- Demonstrated empathy, resilience, and commitment to providing respectful, non-discriminatory, and culturally sensitive care.
