Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Registered Nurse at Alinea Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.

The Registered

Nurse will provide telehealth and remote clinical support, including patient assessment, triage, education, and follow-up using Alinea’s digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing clinical information, documenting care accurately, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and supporting recovery programs and occupational health initiatives.



The nurse will guide patients through diagnostic home visits and structured recovery plans, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, and promote safe, evidence-based care.

The role also involves monitoring patient progress, escalating concerns, and contributing to continuous improvement of care workflows and digital tools.

Qualifications

- Valid Registered Nurse license with recognized nursing qualification (e.g., B.Sc Nursing or equivalent).
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills, including triage and care planning.
- Experience with telehealth or remote patient support, and comfort working with digital health platforms.
- Solid documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records or similar systems.
- Knowledge of occupational health, recovery support, or community health programs is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to educate and counsel patients and families remotely.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail, commitment to patient safety, and adherence to evidence-based nursing practices.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule when needed to support patient care across different programs.
