Role Purpose The Regional Training Manager is responsible for driving capability building, performance improvement, and training governance across retail stores in the assigned region. The role ensures consistent execution of Lenskart’s training strategy, product knowledge, customer experience standards, and sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Training Strategy & Execution

- Implement the national retail training roadmap across the region in alignment with business goals.
- Own end-to-end execution of induction, refresher, upskilling, and leadership training for store teams.
- Customize training plans based on regional performance gaps, audits, and customer feedback.

1. 2. Team Management & Capability Building

- Lead, coach, and develop Regional / Cluster Retail Trainers.
- Conduct train-the-trainer (TTT) sessions to ensure content quality and delivery consistency.
- Monitor trainer effectiveness through batch audits, feedback, and performance metrics.

1. 3. Performance & Impact Measurement

- Track and analyze training effectiveness using KPIs such as:
- Conversion
- AOV
- Attachment
- NPS / CSAT

- Ensure training interventions result in measurable business impact, not just completion.

1. 4. Store Excellence & Customer Experience

- Drive adherence to Lenskart service standards, selling skills, and SOPs across stores.
- Support stores with on-ground coaching, role plays, and live observations.
- Partner with Operations to address behavioral, service, and sales gaps.

1. 5. Stakeholder Management





- Work closely with Regional Business Managers, Ops Heads, HR, QA, and Central Training teams.
- Act as a training SPOC for regional leadership.
- Support current store launches, pilots, and special projects.

1. 6. Content & Process Improvement

- Provide inputs for module enhancements, SOP updates, and learning innovations.
- Support digital learning adoption via LMS, assessments, and certifications.
- Ensure timely cascading of process and product updates.

- Comfortable with extensive travel and on-ground execution

Educational Qualification

- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)

Experience Required

1. 6–10 years of experience in Retail Training, preferably in QSR, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Optical Retail
2. 2–3 years in a regional or multi-location training leadership role
3. Experience working with store KPIs and frontline sales teams is mandatory
