Waymore Hygiene Pvt Ltd Surat , Gujarat based, a manufacturer of Sanitary Napkin with brand name of "Mc Fly". We are hiring for the position of Regional Sales Manager (FMCG Only) for MP , C.G & RJ (Rajasthan)

: Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

Develop and implement Regional sales manager plans aligned with company goals.

Set sales targets for teams under your region.

Monitor sales performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved.

Identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.

Team Management :

Lead, motivate, and guide Area Sales Managers (ASMs) under you and Sales Executives.

Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and performance evaluations.

Ensure timely hiring, training, and skill development of the sales team.

Maintain team discipline, productivity, and morale.

Business Development :

Build relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.

Identify new business opportunities and major accounts in the region.

Work on product penetration, new product launches, and channel development (CSA , Super Stockiest, Distributors).

Negotiate deals, pricing, and terms where required.

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities :

Ensure compliance with company policies, systems, and reporting norms.





Review daily / weekly sales reports and take corrective actions.

Manage budgets, travel expenses, and regional profitability.

Coordinate with logistics, finance, and marketing for smooth operations.

Relationship Management :

Maintain strong relationships with key dealers, channel partners, and corporate clients.

Resolve customers issues quickly and effectively.

Represent the company in regional trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Reporting & Coordination :

Report to the National Sales Head / Zonal Head.

Provide periodic sales forecasts, analysis, and strategy inputs.

Coordinate with other departments like Marketing, Credit, and Operations.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
