Role Overview

Imago and Getter, a Mumbai-headquartered Disinfectant Solutions Co., is looking for a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - Pharma for the North region. This role will be based in Chandigarh, Panchkula, or Baddi and will manage sales across Punjab, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Jammu, etc.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, building distributor networks, and leading a team across assigned states/territories. He/she will be the bridge between national strategy and local execution, ensuring our products reach every customer who needs themwhile building trust through technical expertise and solution-driven selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional revenue and achieve sales targets.




- Develop and manage distributor/channel networks.
- Build strong relationships with Pharma companies and key accounts.
- Drive technical and solution-based sales.
- Track market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the regional sales team.
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and forecasts.

Eligibility

- Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Microbiology.
- 7–8+ years of relevant Pharma B2B sales experience.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
