Purpose:
nAs a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT Operation Management (ITOM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Service Management (ITSM) and other business processes. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, configuring workflows, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to align with business needs. You will ensure the platform's stability, security, and performance while driving innovation through automation and integration.

- :Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet evolving business requirementsn
- .Implement and maintain core ServiceNow capabilities including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Virtual Agent, and Now Assistn
- .Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into effective solutionsn
- .Design, develop,



and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and scripting (JavaScript)n
- .Own end-to-end delivery of tasks and projects, from requirement definition through development, testing, and deploymentn
- .Ensure reporting and dashboards align with ITSM/SPM processes, portfolio needs, and organizational goals, while driving improvements in analytics and insightsn
- .Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance, ensuring stability, scalability, and issue resolutionn
- .Ensure platform security, compliance, and adherence to IT governance policies and best practicesn
- .Provide technical support, end-user training, and guidance to drive adoption and effective platform usagen
