nRoles & Responsibilities

- n
- Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise-grade .NET applications.n
- Provide technical leadership to development teams through mentoring, code reviews, and best engineering practices.n
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.n
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.n




- Drive application modernization initiatives using the latest .NET technologies.n
- Develop and integrate RESTful Web APIs and Microservices.n
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, SDLC, security, and quality processes.n
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.n
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive performance optimization.n
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve engineering productivity.n

nRequired Skills
n
- n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.n
- 7–10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET application development.n
- Robust expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, Web APIs.n
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.n
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database optimization.n
- Experience with Azure and CI/CD pipelines.n
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar vers
