Role & responsibilities

- Drive regional sales, revenue & business growth
- Manage logistics, cargo & courier operations
- Develop new business and manage key corporate clients
- Coordinate with airline partners for smooth cargo operations
- Lead, mentor & manage regional teams
- Monitor performance, MIS, budgets & operational efficiency
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalations
- Drive cost control, profitability & process improvement

Preferred candidate profile

10+ years of relevant experience in Logistics / Air Cargo / Freight / Courier / Transportation, with solid exposure to regional sales and operations.
