We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the operations, performance, and growth of multiple gym locations. The role will be responsible for driving revenue, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring consistent customer experience across all centres.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of multiple gym branches.

- Drive membership sales, renewals, upselling, and overall revenue growth.

- Set and monitor monthly sales and operational targets for each centre.

- Lead, train, and motivate Centre/Gym Managers and their teams.

- Monitor customer experience, service quality, hygiene, and facility standards.

- Analyse branch-wise sales, expenses, manpower, and performance reports.





- Implement strategies to improve member retention and reduce cancellations.

- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.

- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth functioning.

- Identify business opportunities and implement initiatives to improve profitability.

- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.

- Handle escalated customer and operational issues.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
