Location- Bangalore

CTC - between 80 - 85 lakhs

Experience - Minimum 15 years

Candidates must be having extensive experience in leading regional logistics preferably in FMCG/Beverages Industry.

Objective:

Zonal Logistics Manager is responsible for end-to-end logistics execution and performance across the designated zone. The role ensures operational excellence in secondary distribution, fleet management, warehouse operations, and last-mile delivery, while maintaining cost efficiency, service quality, and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for the safety of all teams across the warehouses.
- Overall responsibility for budgeting and managing logistics spend across the zones.
- Partner with Sales, Planning, Shipping, and other functions to deliver best-in-class service.




- Design the future network and infrastructure with a focus on warehousing and automation.
- Develop the optimal transportation strategy to deliver best-in-class service at the lowest possible cost.
- Optimize the fleet mix between market vehicles and company-owned fleet while driving cost efficiencies.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory and legal requirements.

Stake Holders Management

Internal Customers

- Planning, Finance, legal, PAC, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Procurement

External Customers

- Transporters, Vendors, Warehouse vendors, MHE Service Providers

Data Analytics & Technology
- Strong data analytics skills.
- Good understanding of fill-rate metrics.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in implementing logistics/planning software will be a solid advantage.

Experience: 15 + years of experience in relevant field
