Role & responsibilities

1.Heading the Human Resource Department for West Region

2.Talent Acquisition for all Business Units Laminates, Veneers, Floor, Door,

Facade, RC & Support Functions.

3.Employee Experience initiatives for region.

1. Employee Life Cycle management with help of team.
2. Branch administration & hygiene.
3. HR Automation and adoption of Darwin Box

4. Grievance Handling
5. Understanding and discussing business strategies and requirements to

support better.
1. Training need identification and plan trainings accordingly with central

team
1. Performance Management through regular reviews.
2. R&R; Activities for employee recognition.

3. HR Operations and Compliance
4. Branch &; Market Visits.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 610 years of overall HR experience, with solid exposure to HRBP, HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
- Industry Preference: Candidates from Manufacturing, Building Materials, FMCG, Retail, Consumer Durables, Flooring, Laminates, Plywood, Doors or related industries.




- Regional HR Exposure: Experience independently managing HR for a region/multiple branches or locations.
- Talent Acquisition: Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions, including sales, operations and corporate/support functions.
- HRBP & Business Partnering: Ability to understand business strategies, manpower requirements and organizational priorities and translate them into HR initiatives.
- Employee Engagement: Hands-on experience in Employee Experience, engagement, Rewards & Recognition and grievance handling.
- HR Operations: Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, HR policies, compliance and HR operations.
- Performance Management: Experience in PMS, performance reviews, goal setting and employee development.
- HR Technology: Practical experience with HRMS/HR automation, preferably Darwinbox or similar platforms.
- Learning & Development: Exposure to Training Need Identification (TNI), training calendars and coordination with L&D; teams.
