Talent Acquisition

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure.

- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.

- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, social media, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

- Negotiate offers and coordinate the offer-to-joining process.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports.

- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Onboarding

- Coordinate the complete pre-joining and onboarding process for selected candidates.

- Collect and verify required employee documentation.

- Conduct or coordinate induction and orientation programs.

- Explain company policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace guidelines to new employees.

- Track onboarding completion and resolve any joining-related issues promptly.





- Maintain accurate employee onboarding records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR operations, or onboarding.

- Good understanding of recruitment and selection processes.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management abilities.

- Solid organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with ATS or HRMS platforms.

- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.

- Experience in volume hiring or corporate recruitment.

- Knowledge of employment documentation and background verification processes.

- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS systems and recruitment analytics.

- Strong negotiation and candidate-engagement skills.
