Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels.

- Coordinate with hiring managers on manpower and skill requirements.

- Manage interviews, offers, salary discussions, and joining formalities.

- Maintain candidate pipeline, recruitment MIS, and trackers.

- Ensure timely hiring, strong follow-ups, and achievement of recruitment TAT/targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably in BFSI/Banking/Financial Services.

- Strong communication, sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a quick-paced environment.

- Immediate/short-notice joiners preferred.

- Comfortable working from Behala, Kolkata.
