About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Head / Regional Marketing Manager to lead our business development and marketing initiatives across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the International Education / Study Abroad / Student Recruitment industry, along with an established network of students, education consultants, agents, institutions, and other key stakeholders across the region.

The role will be responsible for driving regional growth, strengthening partnerships, managing teams, and achieving student recruitment and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional business and marketing strategies for Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
- Drive student recruitment, enrolments, revenue, and overall regional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with education consultants, agents, universities, colleges, and other stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the organisation's presence across the region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional teams to achieve business and recruitment targets.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, seminars, education fairs, university events, and student engagement initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity,



and student demand to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong regional partner network.
- Track regional performance against KPIs and prepare regular business reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of recruitment and marketing initiatives.
- Represent the organisation at relevant education events, institutional meetings, and partner engagements.
- Ensure achievement of assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in International Education, Study Abroad, Student Recruitment, EdTech, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the Tamil Nadu and/or Kerala education market.
- Established network with education agents, consultants, universities, colleges, and students will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in business development, regional marketing, student recruitment, or sales.
- Experience in team handling and target management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu and Kerala as required.
- Candidates currently based in Tamil Nadu or Kerala will be preferred.
