Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the overall P&L; performance of the region.

- Oversight for business target achievement, operations, customer relationship, portfolio quality, audit & compliance, HR process adherence, hiring, engagement and talent management with the region.

- Regional budgeting, business monitoring and review, portfolio quality review, participating in regional industry body meets.

- Customer interactions and escalation handling

- Implementation of business and IT process.

- Building relationships with critical stakeholders such as law enforcement etc.

- Implementation of audit and compliance processes and recommendations

- Performance management process participation and management.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills

- Should have experience in team handling

- Should possess leadership and positive interpersonal skills.

- MS Office, MS outlook and knowledge about JSFB internal IT processes.

- Good analytical skills.
