Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

1. Strong hands-on experience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers including installation, configuration, patching and troubleshooting (Must Have)
2. Experience deploying and supporting Java applications on Tomcat
3. Experience setting up and automating CI/CD flow (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Ansible, etc.) (Must Have)
4. Experience or exposure to Red Hat OpenShift or containerization/Kubernetes platforms (Good to Have)
5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
6. Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Shell scripting
7. Familiarity with Dynatrace application monitoring will be a plus
8. General Knowledge of Networking
9. Production support experience with enterprise applications
10. SQL/database experience
11. Change management and incident management experience

Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle
13. Solid communication skills both verbal and written for a client-facing role
14. General knowledge of APIs and Web Applications

Ability to work on a flexible time schedule outside of normal working hours for production deployments and application support
