- Target-oriented approach with excellent communication skills

Graduate required | MBA in HR preferred

Position 2: Recruitment Operations Manager

Female Candidates Only

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Bengaluru

Budget: Up to 6 LPA





Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment operations across teams and clients
- Allocate requirements and monitor recruiter productivity
- Track CV submissions, interviews, selections, offers & joinings
- Monitor TAT and recruitment funnel metrics
- Coach Team Leads and recruiters
- Identify bottlenecks and improve closure ratios
- Manage client requirements and stakeholder coordination
- Prepare MIS reports, SOPs & recruitment dashboards
- Drive team productivity, revenue per recruiter & client satisfaction
- Analyze replacement cases and implement preventive measures
