Role ; Recruitment Specialist

Location: West Delhi

Work Type: Full-time, On-site

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for IHN and its partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Understand hiring requirements and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Manage recruitment databases and basic HR documentation.
- Support selection, offer coordination, onboarding, and induction.
- Build a strong talent pool for hospitality and service-sector roles.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective hiring.

Qualifications




- Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Solid communication, interviewing, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or service industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site in West Delhi.
