Role Description The Recruitment Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities for Oneiros The Sports Club. This role involves creating and updating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, and coordinating interviews with relevant stakeholders.

The Recruitment

Executive will conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and support hiring decisions in line with organizational requirements and local regulations.



Daily tasks include maintaining recruitment records, collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. The role also involves monitoring recruitment metrics and recommending improvements to hiring processes.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing to manage full-cycle recruitment effectively.
- Ability to perform Development tailored to specific roles and organizational needs.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment coordination, preferably within sports, fitness, or service industries.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices, local labor regulations, and candidate screening techniques.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and common office software.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
