We are looking for Recruiters / Senior Recruiters with 27 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment to join our team in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment for multiple clients.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage the process from sourcing to selection, offer and joining.
- Work on multiple requirements and achieve recruitment targets.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Requirements





- 2–7 years of relevant Non-IT recruitment experience.
- Experience in Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing / RPO is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Strong sourcing, follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented setting.
- Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.
