We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to establish and manage our HR department and support a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment,



onboarding and employee exits.
- Maintain HR policies, employee records, attendance and leave.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and applicable employment compliance.
- Implement KRAs, KPIs and performance reviews with department heads.
- Handle employee concerns, engagement and training.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience independently managing HR operations.
- Strong communication, recruitment and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and HR software.
