Location: Piplod (Surat)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Technical and Field Sales positions across various locations.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Manage bulk/volume hiring for field-level Technical and Sales positions.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, salary, notice period, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, technical/functional rounds, selection, salary discussions, and offer processing.
- Coordinate with Business/Technical/Sales Managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Maintain candidate trackers,



recruitment MIS, joining status, and hiring reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates regularly to ensure joining and reduce offer dropouts.
- Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for difficult and interior locations.
- Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, local hiring campaigns, and other sourcing initiatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
